Your report covers every contaminant detected in your finished tap water: chloramines or chlorine, PFAS, trihalomethanes (THMs), lead at the meter and from older pre-1986 home plumbing, hardness (GPG), TDS, pH, and disinfection byproducts. Each is compared against EPA standards with a recommendation on whether it's worth filtering.

Once you've reviewed your report, we send a straight quote. Through July 31, 2026, the Complete Home System bundle is $2,699 installed — whole-home softening + carbon filtration, the HW800 AlkaPro under-sink reverse osmosis drinking water system, NC-licensed plumber install, lifetime workmanship warranty, and HW manufacturer equipment warranty. After July 31, retail returns to $5,998.

If your situation is different — well water, PFAS-only concerns, RO-only, etc. — we'll quote the right system. We don't try to upsell into the bundle if the bundle isn't right for you. The price we quote is the price you pay. No add-on labor fees, no hidden charges, no surprise costs at install.

Once you're scheduled, a licensed NC plumber arrives at your home and completes the install in 4-6 hours. The plumber pulls the permit, ties in to your main water line, installs the whole-home system at the main, the under-sink RO at your kitchen tap, and walks you through how everything works before leaving. You don't need to be home the entire time.

After install, our lifetime workmanship warranty covers leaks at any RWP-installed connection, install-related component failures, and system performance issues attributable to install quality — for as long as you own the home. The manufacturer warranty separately covers the equipment itself per HW's published terms.
