What We Do

We do one thing โ€” water for Triangle families

Raleigh Water Pros installs whole-home filtration and reverse-osmosis drinking-water systems. That's it. We don't do plumbing repairs. We don't sell softener salt subscriptions. We don't run a kitchen-and-bath remodel side gig. We do one product category very well: cleaner water, every tap, installed in a single day by a licensed plumber.

Parker Smith is on every install personally, with an NC-licensed plumber on the job. No franchise overhead. No commissioned salespeople. No callback dance to get a quote โ€” you ask, we tell you the price. Founder pricing through July 31, 2026 is $2,699 installed for the Complete Home System bundle. After that, retail is $5,998. Same equipment, same install, same warranty.

Meet the Owners

Parker + Emily Smith โ€” and why we picked these systems

We started Raleigh Water Pros because we couldn't find a reasonably priced Triangle installer we'd trust in our own house. So we built one.

Parker handles the business and install coordination โ€” background in client services and small-business ownership. He answers your call, writes the quote, and is on every install to make sure the NC-licensed plumber on the crew gets the job done right. No commissioned salesperson sitting between you and the person doing the work.

Emily handles the equipment side. She studied environmental engineering with a focus on water treatment โ€” so when we say we evaluated every major filtration system on the market before deciding on the right equipment for your exact situation, that isn't marketing copy. She built the spec comparison. Our products won on a combination of NSF certifications, real-world contaminant performance, and per-component value vs. Culligan, Kinetico, Aquasana, and the rest. The decisions that get hidden in the wall โ€” resin grade, carbon source, control valve specs โ€” are the ones we pay the most attention to.

How We Run

The four things you should ask any installer

These are the four credentials worth verifying before you sign a $3,000-$8,000 water-filtration install contract. Ours, in plain terms.

  • NC Licensed Plumber

Every install pulled, permitted, and tied to the main by a state-licensed plumber.

  • Lifetime Workmanship

Our install warranty stands as long as you own the home. Leaks, connections, install quality.

  • NSF-Certified Equipment

Every contact component โ€” carbon, resin, control valve โ€” carries NSF/ANSI 372 or 53.

  • Local, Not Franchise

Family-owned LLC. No commissioned salespeople, no callback dance, no upsell pressure.

Why We Exist

Triangle water is mostly drinkable. But it isn't always clean.

City of Raleigh treats with chloramine you can taste above 2 ppm. OWASA (Chapel Hill) has documented 9 PFAS compounds in finished drinking water after treatment. Cary's source from Jordan Lake carries 1,4-dioxane from upstream wastewater. Durham's older homes (Trinity Park, Old North Durham) have pre-1986 lead solder leaching into tap water regardless of what arrives at the meter.

These aren't theoretical concerns. They're in every Consumer Confidence Report your utility publishes annually. Most homeowners don't read them. The CCRs are dense, the compounds are unfamiliar, and the "what does this mean for me" translation isn't there.

We built RWP as the alternative to the franchised in-home pitch. Transparent pricing online, real component specs published, licensed installation by a local plumber, and a free water report โ€” pulled from your utility's CCR โ€” before you decide anything.

How We Work

From request to clean water in under two weeks

  1. Get Your Free Water Report

Share your ZIP and a few details about your home. We pull your utility's most recent CCR and produce a personalized 4-6 page PDF for your address within 24 hours. No in-home visit required.

  2. Review and Get a Quote

Once you've reviewed your report, we send a straight quote with transparent pricing. The price we quote is the price you pay. No surprises.

  3. We Install in a Single Day

A licensed NC plumber installs your system in 4-6 hours. Lifetime workmanship warranty on the install. You enjoy cleaner water from every tap.
