Terms of Service

Last updated: May 28, 2026

By using raleighwaterpros.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. They govern your use of this website and the services offered by Raleigh Water Pros LLC.

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our website, services, or enter into this Agreement.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina.

Service warranties

We provide two distinct warranties on every install:

Honest Water Co manufacturer warranty

Coverage applies to the original purchaser. Each component carries its own warranty term as published by Honest Water Co.:

  • Lifetime — storage tanks, media tanks, and ceramic discs (rotary valves).
  • Lifetime — system dry parts (mechanical and non-consumable components that do not come into direct contact with water).
  • 5 years — control valves, circuit boards, and filtration media.
  • 1 year — reverse osmosis systems.
  • 1 year — labor associated with the original installation.

The manufacturer warranty is valid only when the system is installed, operated, and maintained according to Honest Water Co. guidelines. Replacement parts are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period and must be installed by an Honest Water Co.-approved technician. Labor associated with component replacement after the original 1-year window is not included in the manufacturer warranty.

Exclusions. The Honest Water Co. warranty does not cover damages caused by: improper installation or unauthorized repairs; misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents; acts of nature (flooding, freezing, lightning); water conditions that foul filters, resins, or membranes (e.g. iron, manganese, or sediment levels beyond system specifications); or environmental factors outside the system's documented operating range.

Claim process. Manufacturer claims require valid proof of purchase, installation documentation, and a return authorization number issued by Honest Water Co. The manufacturer warranty is the exclusive remedy for product defects and supersedes all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Total manufacturer liability is limited to the original purchase price of the system; the manufacturer is not liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.

Raleigh Water Pros lifetime workmanship warranty

Separate from the manufacturer warranty, Raleigh Water Pros warrants the quality of our installation work for as long as you own the home. Coverage includes leaks at RWP-installed connections, install-related component failures, and system performance issues attributable to installation quality. The workmanship warranty does not cover equipment defects (those fall under the Honest Water Co. manufacturer warranty above), damage caused by the homeowner or other contractors, or issues caused by water conditions outside the system's specifications.

The two warranties are distinct and never combined. "Lifetime warranty" without a qualifier is never a complete description — ask which component or which warranty before assuming coverage.

Pricing

Prices stated on the site (including founder pricing of $2,699 for the Complete Home System bundle through July 31, 2026) are valid for installs scheduled within the stated period. Final pricing is confirmed in your free water report based on your home's specifics. The price we quote is the price you pay — no add-on labor fees, no hidden charges, no surprise costs at install.

Comparison content

Comparison data on this site reflects publicly available product specifications and pricing for Culligan, Kinetico, and Home Depot DIY systems as of the last-updated date shown on the comparison table. Customers should verify current terms directly with each provider before deciding.

Free water report

The Free Water Report we send is based on the most recent Consumer Confidence Report published by your municipal water utility. The report is informational and reflects the utility's documented water quality at the time of testing. Conditions at your specific tap may differ from the utility-reported finished water due to home plumbing, building age, and other local factors. The free report carries no obligation to purchase a system.
